Excellent Service and Professionalism I want to take a moment to publicly thank the manager and especially Gary, the general manager of Auto Trust USA, for the excellent service I have received throughout this entire process. Although we haven't been able to finalize the purchase of a Tesla with them yet, that hasn't changed the way they've treated me at all. We've maintained almost all communication via text messages, and even then, they have always demonstrated patience, respect, professionalism, and a willingness to find alternatives that might work for my situation. In my case, it hasn't been a simple transaction, and that's precisely why I greatly appreciate that they never made me feel pressured or treated me like just another customer. They dedicated time to explaining the options, answering my questions, and trying to find a solution, even when the terms of the transaction weren't easy. I especially want to acknowledge Gary for his approach and for remaining involved in the process. For me, a good experience with a dealership isn't measured solely by whether a sale is finalized, but also by how they treat the customer when negotiations get complicated. We haven't been able to close the deal yet, but I sincerely hope we can in the future. And if I do eventually find the right Tesla and the terms I need, Auto Trust USA will definitely be one of the first places I consider. Thanks to the Auto Trust USA team, the manager, and Gary for the excellent service and professionalism. This is how you build trust with a customer, even before making a sale.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience buying my car from Auto Trust, and especially with Juan Luis. From the very beginning, Juan was straightforward and transparent. The price he gave me at the start was the same price we ended up closing at — no games, no last-minute surprises, and no unnecessary back-and-forth. What stood out the most was how laid-back and pressure-free the entire experience was. Coming from the typical South Florida car-buying experience, where you often feel like you’re negotiating against the dealership every step of the way, Auto Trust was completely different. Juan was honest, easy to work with, and actually made the process enjoyable. I never felt pressured to buy or like there was some hidden catch waiting for me at the end. Honestly, these guys set a completely different standard for what buying a car should feel like. Instead of leaving the dealership frustrated and wondering whether you got taken advantage of, I left genuinely happy with my purchase. Huge thanks to Juan Luis and the Auto Trust team. If you’re looking for a dealership in South Florida that actually treats you the way you’d expect to be treated, I highly recommend them.

These guys are really easy to work with, very upfront and accommodating. I worked with Juan, and even though I didn't end up purchasing the car in the end, I was very impressed with his prompt communication and willingness to assist. I'm out of state, so I needed to send a 3rd party inspector and Juan made it easy to give Auto Trust a deposit to hold the car, and he worked with the inspector I engaged to coordinate the process. They also offered to coordinate getting new tires installed with a nearby shop. In a business where I've experienced having cars sold out from under me, and high pressure salespeople not willing to help with anything or spend the time to make you feel good about the purchase, Auto Trust and Juan are a refreshing change - they do business the way it should be done. I did not buy a car, but I was looking to. Someone else beat me to the car I was looking at. BUT, the dealership staff were still very polite and helpful with regard to keeping me up to date and answering follow up questions via SMS while I waited to see if the other buyer followed through (they ultimately did).

Miguel helped us to buy a wonderful car. We had it shipped to us from out of state. He was fair and answered his phone any time. Great experience!

I had a very good experience with Auto Trust USA. I was looking for a BrightDrop Zevo electric van, and they had the best price. I was in Atlanta while the dealership was in Florida, but Miguel, my salesperson, communicated with me every step of the way. I would say we exchanged at least 50 text messages and had 5–6 phone calls. He was always available whenever I texted or called him with a question. He was also able to handle my trade-in from Atlanta and helped me get the Florida tax credit, which I didn’t think was even possible. When I got to the dealership, there were a few minor issues with the van. I asked if they could take care of them, and they did everything I requested, including adjusting the tire pressure, replacing the battery, and even adding a fire extinguisher. I left the dealership happy. I highly recommend Auto Trust USA, and I will definitely trust them with my next vehicle purchase.
