I bought my EV from Miguel. I started the process over the phone until I had picked up the car he made the process painless and was very helpful.

I live in the Northeast. This past July, I was *very* seriously in the market for a used Lucid Air. I searched the entire Northeast, and, just for fun, I widened my radius to include the whole East Coast. I saw a dealership called Auto Trust USA which had one of the cheapest cars in the country. They seemed to have good reviews and offered a $500 fully-refundable deposit. Still, I contacted them by phone because I wanted to see their online price in writing. Within 10 minutes of my phone call, Juan sent me a Buyer's Order with the advertised price. So, I put a deposit down and booked a last-minute $250 round-trip flight to FLL airport. I figured that the worst-case scenario is that I lost $250 and a single day of travel, but I remained cautiously optimistic. When I arrived at Auto Trust USA, the dealership was initially quite unassuming. It was a small building with a bunch of EVs packed into its front lot. I walked in and met Juan, who showed me to the car that I had put a deposit on. The car was in unbelievable condition - practically flawless. However, I did have one concern with the car - a Drive System Warning on the dashboard. That being said, I knew that this car was under Lucid's factory warranty (4 years/50,000 miles), so the issue would be fixed by Lucid for free. Juan and I met with Gary, the manager, to discuss my concerns. Gary not only stated that he knew about this issue, but he had already been contacting Lucid to get it fixed. He explained that the warranty process is much more difficult for a dealership to navigate than for individual owners, since dealerships must arrange transportation to/from Lucid, etc. Thankfully, Gary made things right for me in several ways. First, since Lucid told him that the car would likely be fixed within the next week, he was more than happy to extend my $500 deposit past the normal 72 hours, until Lucid fixed the car. I even asked Gary what would happen if, once the car was fixed, someone offered him more money for it. He stated that similar things have happened in the past, but he doesn't do business that way. If a customer puts a hold/deposit on a car, then it is theirs to purchase. Finally, the cherry on top was that Gary showed me the very lease-end inspection report that he received from Lucid when buying the car himself. The report detailed every millimeter of cosmetic damage, including things that even I, a very meticulous person, did not pick up on. Gary sent me a copy, and this level of transparency was truly amazing to me. Juan, Gary, and I continued to talk for nearly 30 minutes about EVs and cars in general. Toward the end, I remember distinctly thinking to myself that this felt like a discussion among 3 friends. I forgot for a moment that I was there to do business, because they didn't just treat me like a customer or a means to make money, but they instead treated me like a friend. There was never an ounce of pressure to sign on any line or to close a deal quickly. Juan and Gary were truly the friendliest, most honest car salesmen that I had ever met. Unfortunately, I did not end up buying a Lucid Air for reasons beyond anyone's control. A few days after my visit, in mid-July 2026, Lucid had a financial scare - a rumor of impending bankruptcy. While this rumor ended up being proven false later on, I had no way of knowing in the moment. Therefore, I unfortunately informed Gary and Juan that I couldn't purchase the car, even though they had done nothing wrong. To my surprise, they refunded me my $500 deposit, even though they were completely entitled to keep every cent of it. All in all, I cannot speak highly enough of Gary and Juan. They are the most honest people I have ever met in the auto industry, including new car salesmen at luxury dealerships. Personally, I value honesty and transparency far more than having an immaculate showroom. There is a reason that CarGurus and AutoTrader have given Auto Trust USA awards, and if I could give them one, I absolutely would, too. Gary and Juan are a league above the rest, and I cannot thank them enough.

In the past four years, I'll have purchase vehicles different places, different cities, because I own a rent company but I have never meet such a nice guy then Juan that has sold me already 5 vehicles, two teslas, model y mustang mach e and two electric BMWs and I have bought them all a good price and even in the past four years of purchasing vehicles at this dealership and to this day Juan still gives me good deals and good business tells me the up and downs of every vehicle and not even ones have screwed me over, like other dealerships have had this leadership is small but mark my words, the cars here are incredible. And a good price as well.

Good communication and handled concerns/ issues in a professional way

Overall, the process was pretty seamless from start to finish. Gary was helpful in getting me connected from the online process to start working with them directly and Juan was very helpful throughout the process, doing a video walkthrough around the car and coordinating all the paperwork. They were both clear about expectations and helping me navigate my first fully online car purchase with ease, making recommendations like mailing them a tag to track the shipment and allowing me to have a 3rd party inspect the vehicle.

I went dealer to dealer trying get approved cause honestly my credit sucks. Miguel worked 2 weeks to get me approved. This Place works with everyone and the prices are reasonable.

Working with Juan was truly a pleasure. He was responsive, transparent and patient throughout the entire process. The car was delivered to me in New York exactly as described. I got an incredible deal. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a preowned EV. Thanks
